Terms and conditions:
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Care Lync (“Care Lync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”), as well as our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Care Lync may use text messages to communicate with you about our services, including (as applicable to your use case):
-
Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
-
Care coordination and case-management communications
-
Service updates, alerts, and important notices
-
Customer support communications
No marketing or promotional messages will be sent unless you have expressly consented to receive them.
2. Consent and opt‑in
By enrolling in our SMS program (for example, by checking a box on a form, signing an authorization, or texting a keyword to our number), you consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of receiving services from Care Lync.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with Care Lync and your care plan or service needs. You may receive additional messages in response to your replies or specific requests.
4. How to opt‑out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Care Lync at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text you receive from us. After we receive your STOP request, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re‑join, you may opt in again using any of our enrollment methods.
5. Help and support
If you are experiencing issues with our SMS program, reply HELP to any text message, or contact us at:

We will do our best to assist you.
6. Costs and carrier disclosure
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility
Our SMS program is intended for individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
8. Privacy and data security
We will handle your personal information, including your mobile number and any information contained in messages, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please be aware that standard text messages are not encrypted and may carry privacy and security risks, including the potential for unauthorized access by third parties who have access to your device or communications. If you choose to receive SMS messages that may contain health-related information, you do so at your own risk.
Do not use text messaging for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
9. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update or modify these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
