Our team has a lifetime of experience in the field of disability supports.
Instead of being matched to a single Case Manager, you’ll benefit from the experience and insight of our entire team of dedicated staff. Our team includes Intake Specialists, Support Coordinators, Outreach Coordinators, and a Director. We meet together frequently as a team to plan, collaborate, and make sure we’re always on the same page.
Our director has been working with people with disabilities for nearly twenty years, starting as an aide at a special needs summer camp. Her experience moved on to working with young children diagnosed with Autism in a private school setting, to providing employment support to adults diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities, and then on to Supports Coordination, SC Supervising, and now Directing the program.
Several of our Support Coordinators have direct family members who are diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities and who are passionate about ensuring that others receive the best level of care possible (on par with what they are providing to their relatives).
Another Support Coordinator comes to our field after working in the Population Health field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and resources to our team in NJ and several of its Medicaid programs. One of our team members previously worked as a Residential Counselor supporting individuals diagnosed with disabilities in addition to being trained as an Applied Behavioral Therapist. She also has experience in addiction counseling. Another Support Coordinator comes to us with experience from the Aging/Mental Health support system, with more than 4 years in that field in addition to acting as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children in New Jersey.
