Maximizing Function and Independence for Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Meet Your Dedicated Team of Expert Service Coordinators.
Alzheimer’s isn’t always detected at first. It may start out as innocently as a misplaced item such as your car keys. Before long, everyday activities may prove difficult or nearly impossible. Over time, this progressive disease wreaks havoc on memory and function – and, in some cases, may result in a change in personality.
This is why it’s important to seek care as early as possible, but the fears and challenges surrounding the long-term effects can be overwhelming for you and your loved ones. With supportive services and care in place, the goal is to help those with Alzheimer’s disease maximize function and maintain independence for as long as possible.
